Heather L. Richardson
Client Relationship Manager
Heather L. Richardson is a Partner at The North Star Financial Group and the Client Relationship Manager. In this role, Heather coordinates communication with clients, facilitates and monitors transactions, establishes accounts and all requests for service with accounts. Our goal is to keep our clients fully informed of the status of account transactions and to be available to assist them in a timely manner.
Heather has over 35 years of experience in client service and is a Registered Representative and holds the Series 6 and 63 licenses.
Heather holds a BS in Human Resources and an Master's Degree in Business. She is involved in many volunteer organizations and is a Leadership Lebanon Valley graduate in 2011. Heather is passionate about educating women on financial topics.
She is also a Dream Team member of the Women's Fund of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities as well as a founding member of the Lancaster Women's President Organization.
She enjoys travel, reading, cooking, sunsets, blue ocean water, exercise, and craft cocktails! She is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing golf and watching her youngest daughter play basketball for Penn State Harrisburg.
